At the end of 1990s, the domestic demand for high performance flame retardant rubber was increasing, especially the development of wire and cable industry and automobile parts manufacturing industry, which led to the consumption demand of rubber CPE. Rubber CPE is a kind of special rubber with excellent comprehensive performance, heat resistance, ozone aging and flame retardancy.
Chlorinated polyethylene resin is a new synthetic material with a series of excellent properties. It is an excellent impact modifier for PVC plastics and a synthetic rubber with good properties. It has a wide range of applications. It has been widely used in cables, wires, hoses, rubber and plastic products, sealing materials, flame retardant conveyor belts, waterproof rolls, films and various profiles. CPE can also be blended with polypropylene, high and low pressure polyethylene and ABS to improve the flame retardancy, aging resistance and printing performance of these plastics. CPE can be regarded as a random copolymer of ethylene, polyethylene and 1.2-dichloroethylene. It has saturated molecular chain and random distribution of polar chlorine atoms. Because of its excellent physical and chemical properties, CPE is widely used in machinery, power, chemical industry, building materials and mining industry. CPE is superior to most rubber in heat resistance, ozone resistance, weathering resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive hazard.

CPE is widely used in a variety of PVC profile (e.g. doors and windows), pipe and pipe fitting, PVC Foamboard, sheet, building template, Wood plastic composites (WPC), automotive and communication equipment.
Packing and Storage:
No decomposition at room temperature, but should be stored in a cool and dry place. Keep away from hot, fire source, avoid direct sunlight. Recommended storage and mixing areas have good ventilation conditions to avoid inhalation. Transportation according to the general chemicals.
