Product Description:
K401 is the acrylic acid processing aid, which is produced by emulsion polymerization technology. the product has excellent plasticizing capacity, accelerate the PVC melting, improve the melt strength and evenness, slow melt fracture and increase the compatibility, and no obvious adverse effect on mechanical properties of PVC, thus is widely applied to the production of PVC at home and abroad.
ACR 401 can accelerate the plasticizing process of PVC, improve the rheological property of thermoplastic melt, improve the mechanical properties of melt under the thermoelastic state, improve the appearance of products and other comprehensive functions. Although the amount of processing additives is small, it is very important to improve the processing performance of PVC.

Applications:
K401 is especially for the non transparent PVC product. Also for PVC sheet, profile,film, board.
Packing and Storage:
25 kg/ woven bag.
No decomposition at room temperature, but should be stored in a cool and dry place. Keep away from hot, fire source, avoid direct sunlight. Recommended storage and mixing areas have good ventilation conditions to avoid inhalation. Transportation according to the general chemicals.
