Product Description:
Ultramarine BLUE QQ-1 is the oldest and brightest blue pigment. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and belongs to the category of inorganic pigments.Its molecular formula is Na6A14Si6S4020 and its molecular weight is 862.56. Blue powder. The particle size ranges from 0.7 to 5.0 um. The relative density is 2.35 and the bulk density is 0.5-0.9g/cm3. The refractive index ranges from 1.50 to 1.54. The pH value ranges from 6 to 9. Because it contains sodium polysulfide and aluminosilicate with special crystal lattice, it has the effect of eliminating and reducing the yellow light in white materials.

Main applications:
Painting:Mixing Ultramarine BLUE QQ-1 into black and grey color can make the color have a soft luster.Besides,oil painting, watercolor painting, gouache painting and propylene painting can be made by mixing oil, glue and propylene with Ultramarine BLUE powder.Ultramarine BLUE belongs to mineral pigments,it is transparent, weak covering power and bright, not suitable for very dark tones. It is suitable for decorative colors, especially in ancient Chinese architecture.
