Gihug PEW-0205Y is a micronized polyethylene wax.Compared with PEW-0221, PEW-0205Y has higher hardness.

Product Features:

• Excellent scratch resistance and matting properties
• Excellent anti-settling properties
• Excellent dispersion properties to hard-to-disperse pigment masterbatches based on Polyethylene
• PEW- 0205Y has uniform particle size, easy dispersion, good gloss control, it is an excellent additive for coating. 
• In powder coating PEW-0205Y can increase powder coating hardness, abrasion resistance and assists in powder coatings gloss control. At 180 ℃, baking process is completely smoke.

Product Specifications

Applications:

• It is an excellent additive for all kind of printing inks. The fine powder is easy to disperse especially in solvent or oil based inks.
• It is also an additive for powder coatings to increase the output during extrusion process and to improve the flowability of the powder. It also improves slip properties and enhances scratch resistance of the cured powder coating. The fine powder is also easy to blend with all the other ingredients at the beginning of the production procedure.
