Product Description:

Gihug high-density oxidized polyethylene wax T-4017 is formed by thermal cracking of high molecular weight polyethylene. After oxidation treatment, it produces a plurality of hydroxyl, keto, carboxyl, aldehyde and peroxide polar groups.Oxidized polyethylene wax is used as an auxiliary material for road marking paints to enhance the performance of pavement marking paints.It has following characteristics:

 

  • High melting point,high hardness
  • The surface of the road marking will not crack or ash,
  • Wear and scratch resistance.
  • Shorten the curing time of road marking paint and reduce the surface viscosity of road markings to improve traffic flow rate
  • After the coating is cured, an anti-fouling layer is formed on the surface to maintain the clean color of the marking line.
  • Oxidized polyethylene wax products have very good fluidity and can improve the toughness, adhesion, stain resistance, compressive strength, anti-slip ability, etc. of road marking paints.
